Shipping Partners
For nationwide deliveries of small-sized items, we partner with trusted courier services. Larger items are handled by our dedicated logistics team within the Auckland Metro area, and by reliable freight partners for deliveries outside Auckland metro.
Delivery Process
- All parcels will be dispatched to the provided address. For added convenience, we recommend providing a work address if there is no one available at home during regular business hours.
- In case of absence during delivery attempts, our courier partners will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time during standard business hours.
- For deliveries conducted by our own logistics team, customers will be contacted via email within 1-3 working days to schedule a delivery date subsequent to order placement.
Damage Reporting
Any damages incurred during transit should be reported promptly to both the carrier and Sri Smart Home Living within 24 hours of receiving the items. It is essential to thoroughly inspect the package condition and capture photographic evidence before acknowledging receipt. Additional Services
Our logistics team offers a range of supplementary services upon request, including express/same-day delivery, specific time deliveries, assembly of items, cardboard/rubbish disposal, and more. Please note that extra fees may apply for these services.
Order Updates
Upon purchase, customers will receive an email confirmation containing order details and shipping estimates for each item. Subsequently, an email notification with carrier and tracking information will be sent once the item is prepared for shipping and leaves our warehouse.
